Counselling can be a helpful way of working through difficult feelings and challenging life events, it can improve self-esteem and relationships, help you discover your strengths and make decisions. We work with individuals, adolescents, children, couples, whanau and families.
Individual
Everyone has difficult experiences or feelings, and it can be tough to deal with them alone. Work one-on-one with a trained professional in a confidential and safe environment.
Couples
Are you and your partner working through a difficult time in your relationship? Are you facing some important life changes together? Meet with one of our counsellors who specialises in working with couples.
Family
Family support offers families information, guidance and support to work together to improve communication and discuss issues. This may be provided alongside individual counselling.
